Colchester, United Kingdom Church Street Tavern Full time

We have openings for 2 x Bar and Floor Staff to join our team on a part-time basis. Someone with spirit, hospitality and flair.
- 15-25 hours per week (more hours may become available during our peak periods, eg. Christmas)
- Evening and weekend availability essential
- Church Street Tavern is open Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday.

The qualities we’re seeking are:

- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
- Experience in a customer role is preferable but not essential. Skills can be trained.
- Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.
