**What you’ll be doing**:

- Consolidate and analyse work stream project plans, set deliverables that align to the programme, as well as identify and support progress.
- Review and approve project management deliverables within the Programme.
- Monitor, track and report on progress and performance, including budget within the Project, plus external suppliers and partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success.
- Provide support on Project Management issues and propose solutions using established Submarine Sector and APM principles.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Project planning in creating comprehensive plans, that include scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation.
- Ability to identifying potential risks and blockers, identifying strategies to mitigate these risks and report on them.
- Analysis of performance data, preparing and reviewing presentations.
- Ability to support problem solving activities and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in leading a team.

**The Complex Systems team**:
The Complex Systems team is a multifunctional team which forms part of a work stream of a wider programme and engages with multi-skilled individuals. This is a development programme to support a key work stream within the SSNA Programme within BAE Systems. Support will be provided to help you achieve the APM Qualification as well as the opportunity to lead a team using PM methodologies and tools with an iterative and agile approach and the ability to oversee Project Management deliverables in complex systems.
