**KEY PURPOSE FOR THE JOB/JOB SUMMARY**:
Ø To support the SABM with the management of the Sales Cycle for Machines from Sales Quotes,

asset purchase, onward sales and associated logistics

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Machine Sales Admin

Ø Support the Sales Team preparing quotes and sales orders for machines to UK and Republic of

Ireland Customers.

Ø Place orders for goods with group and associated suppliers

Ø Co-ordinate the sales transactions with customers and internal stakeholders

Ø Arrange international transportation and delivery to include third party contractors

Ø Prepare and issue Pro-forma and final VAT invoices

Ø Ensure customer payments are made to agreed terms and milestones

**PERSON SPECIFICATION (Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Attributes)**

Essential

Ø Experience of similar role

Ø Evidenced history of multitasking whilst

meeting conflicting deadlines

Ø Evidenced innovator willing to drive and

accept change

Ø Demonstrably excellent communicator,

contributing to collaborative teams Desirable Ø Experience of Salesforce and/or Oracle EBS (this will be a distinct advantage) Ø Wide ranging experience of Microsoft 365 Ø Intermediate MS Excel skills to include data reporting and analysis Ø Demonstrable ability to work with a high degree of autonomy Ø Fluent Italian would be advantageous
