Complaints handler required in Seaford, but will support any of the other Sussex based offices according to business needs.

Responsibilities Reporting to the Practice Director, you will support our teams, for example by:

- direct support to the Compliance Officers for Legal Practice (COLP) in respect of client quality issues including responses to complaints.
- Ensuring all complaints are addressed within the timescales set down internally. Proactively managing a caseload of complaints, investigating and obtaining facts and considering appropriate action for resolution. Updating systems and administering complaints records. Liaising with external complaint handlers Liaising with clients and writing comprehensive decision letters.
- Providing support to clients in person and over the telephone, in a professional and friendly manner, upholding the firm's standards for client care.
- Securing the confidentiality and security of the Firm's client documentation and information. Assisting Heads of Department /Practice Manager / Practice Director as required. Legal knowledge would be advantageous although not essential.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Complaint handling: 2 years (preferred)
