**Location**:Rochester

**Salary**: Circa £34,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Perform product audits on a wide range of items to confirm compliance to the documented requirements and the applicable workmanship standards
- Provide feedback to the Production Technicians and as such, the applicant should be confident in providing written and more importantly verbal feedback to Production Technicians
- Work with Operations Supervision/Technical support to agree corrective actions to prevent recurrence

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Experience of Manufacturing including assembly / inspection / test of either electro, mechanical or optical assemblies
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation with the ability to provide feedback tactfully and manage to get message across
- Ability to plan and organise own work
- IT Skills (Word/Excel) - need to produce reports in Excel especially

**Desirable**:

- Understanding of root cause tools and techniques
