Receptionist

At Aerodium/Hangloose London we provide a fun and unforgettable flying experience for the whole family. We are the first open-air wind tunnel in the UK, offering one of the best bucket list activities out there.

We are on the lookout for an outgoing **Receptionist **this role has a significant impact on the overall image of the flight experience. Greeting customers, explaining flight packages, booking customers in, and taking responsibility for customer service. During peak season the role will be very busy and there is an opportunity to earn commission. You will be upselling the experience to maximise the best experience for the customer.

Hours: Full Time position available, due to the nature of the business as it is an outdoor experience, the summer season will be the busiest time and weekend working is essential. During the winter months the Skydive machine will only be open weekends. Please not weekend working is essential.
