HR Officer

Hearn's Coaches is one of the UK's leading coach hire and transport solutions providers, with 76 years of experience in the industry and a wide range of clients ranging from those in education, business, tourism, media and sports.

We are currently looking to take on a part time HR officer to work alongside our management team in the handling of a wide variety of HR matters. This role would suit someone who is looking to work some of their hours in our corporate head office in Elstree, and some hours working from home. It would also suit someone who is looking to grow with the role, and would consider a full time opportunity should the position become available.

In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of HR related tasks and would come with great opportunities to get involved in a wide breadth of tasks. Main priorities would be assisting our management team with recruitment activities and helping develop initiatives to make our business one of the best possible working environments for our team.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work both remotely and in-person
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to work indepedently and to be a self starter

Desirable
- A CIPD qualification
- Experience handling payroll activities

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
