**Position Overview**:
As the Front of House, you will be one of the faces of our clinic, ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is a unique blend of in-person client interactions and digital marketing responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

**Responsibilities for Front of House**:

- Welcome and assist clients completing consultations with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Provide clients with information about our services, pricing, and aftercare.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception and bathroom area.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly escalating to management where appropriate.
- Assist in client check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
