We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Norton Canes, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his family home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a young man in his 20’s, who lives at home with his family in Norton Canes, he requires support throughout the night on 1:1 basis.

At home he enjoys exploring activities with his family especially arts and crafts, painting and at times he likes to access the local community.

Throughout the night you will be required to attend to his complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, repositioning, regular monitoring and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night’s sleep.

We are looking for engaging and committed individuals who can deliver exceptional person-centred care and support our service user on a long term, ongoing basis.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Peg Feeding
- Nebuliser care
- Seizure Management
- Oral Suctioning
- Global Development Delay awareness

**Shifts Available**
- Full Time
- 3/4 Shifts Per Week
- Nights - 10:00pm-7:00am

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Saturday: £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Sunday: £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)
