**Job Title: Assistant Retail Manager
Location: Basingstoke

**Salary**: Up to £26k depending on experience**

We’re looking for a manager that is **fashion forward, commercially aware** and has a **passion**for customer service. Do you live and breathe fashion and have excellent product knowledge that leaves others behind? Can you read and understand figure and reports? Are you able to **challenge competitors**?
You’ll **always lead by example**and have excellent people management skills - ensuring customers are at the heart of everything you do. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more. Having experience of the **premium service market** is ideal but not essential.
You will **inspire your team** to achieve store targets in a **high energy atmosphere** through effective communication and development.
