The Thurrock Alliance team sits at the heart of joint and collaborative work, with our council, CVS, Community health and primary care partners and proactively supports the engagement of and co-production with Thurrock residents. Its an exciting time to join Thurrock as we take forward the priorities across health, care and community developments that aim to improve outcomes and benefits to local people. Thurrock Alliance is one of 4 Alliances covering Mid & South Essex as part of the new, Integrated Care Board.

The ICS has a bold ambition to deliver improved outcomes for our 1.2m population through our four Alliances, and we are placing clinical and professional leadership and the voice of our residents at the heart of realising this ambition. The post holder will work as part of the Thurrock Alliance team.

You will support the team to define and deliver objectives specific to the needs of the Thurrock locality, securing tangible improvements in health and wellbeing across local communities. As well as be responsible for working with PCNs and other partner agencies to deliver their development strategy and operational plans, with oversight from the Transformation and Engagement Manager.

Although you will be based within a Place team, they will work closely and collaboratively with teams across the ICB.

You will be a dynamic, motivated individual who is a self-starter, able to adapt to new strategies, ideas, and ways of working as the enable delivery of the ICB ambitions.
