A great opportunity is available to work for a quality independent agent who are currently looking for an Sales Negotiator for their Golders Green office. T

You will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customers’ high service expectations. They will add value to the office and the company by driving the business and market share.

You DO NOT need to have previous experience for this vacancy so this is a great opportunity to start your Estate Agency Career ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE LOCAL AREA

Some of the aspects you will cover will be:

- Dealing with new enquiries, applicant registrations & regular contact
- Conducting viewings
- Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
- Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
- Marketing/Canvassing

They require:

- A well presented Individual
- Driven and determined to succeed
- Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be prepared to work extra hours if required
- Open and learning mindset.
- Enjoys having fun within a great team environment.
- Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency
- Have a full UK driving licence and own car
- Knows the local area well

Package on offer -Basic salary £18K Depending on your experience
- Realistic OTE £28-30K
- The working hours are - Monday - Friday 8.45am to 6pm
- Alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 3pm
- Pooled commission and car allowance
