**What will you be doing?** In a rapidly changing world, our Technical Team is responsible for the development of innovative, leading edge products to anticipate future Customers’ requirements. As a **Technologist/Senior Technologist,** you will lead New Product Development (NPD) projects, generating innovative solutions to problems and making recommendations on the feasibility of taking projects through the NPD life cycle.

You will take a leading role in understanding market drivers, building a pipeline of ideas, as well as critically assessing and improving on the current portfolio of products. You will support scale-up activities and production trials, working with multiple functions and stakeholders to ensure the product is released with class leading functionality, safety, and quality standards.

There will be some travel required to our other manufacturing site in Dessau Germany.
