Night Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding company services, facilities, and policies
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual)
- Knowledge of hospitality or hotel industry practices is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
