The Colleague Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a key role in managing site specifications, including but not limited to building maintenance, cleaning, associated services, helpdesk, meeting room services, and service management for our client's buildings.

You will be the go-to person for bringing solutions to issues onsite, ensuring that the team has the right tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively.

The CSC will uphold standards, act as an ambassador for our client, and maintain a high level of service across the estate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage site specifications to include but not limited to, building maintenance, cleaning & associated services, helpdesk, meeting room services and service management
- Be the go-to person and bring solutions to issues onsite
- Ensure the team have the right tools and equipment to perform their duties
- Input of all payroll requirements (Basic, overtime, Holiday, Sick leave etc)
- Take responsibility for the H&S systems ensuring best practise and SSOW are being adhered to
- Perform relevant audits and ensure contractually obligated monthly audits are being completed with information shared on actions for completion
- Support and encourage ideas for innovation (recycling, reducing, re-use and better ways of

working)
- Collaborate with other service partners including the events team to deliver a seamless experience
- Manage and assess performance across the team

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)
- Good general level of education, preferably to higher education level
- Ideal professional qualifications & memberships (eg. MBIFM)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management in a corporate environment
- First Aider
- Strong customer and client focus with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Able to work out of hours to support service delivery needs as necessary
- Ability to motivate, lead and develop people
- Ability to interface across all levels of the organisation
- A friendly and approachable demeanour
- Inquisitive - being interested and curious in workplace environment
