**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle information, including registration, insurance, and maintenance history
- Monitor and track vehicle utilisation and expenses associated with downtime, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimising driving efficiency to manage operational costs
- Assist in the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles, including coordinating with vendors and managing paperwork
- Respond to enquiries and requests from drivers regarding vehicle damages, traffic fines, and other fleet-related matters
- Support the implementation and enforcement of fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and HR, to ensure alignment and efficiency in fleet-related processes

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a fleet management, logistics, or administrative roles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fleet operations is a bonus
