If you are passionate about putting the voice of patients and the public at the heart of local NHS care, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team for 12 months as Engagement Officer.

This will include planning and delivering a wide range of engagement activities including face-to-face and online, surveys and focus groups, social media and public events, and much more besides.

The Engagement Officer role will be responsible for supporting the Engagement Manager and the Assistant Director (Engagement and Communication) in the development and implementation of the Engagement Strategy and plan across the Health Board to ensure successful engagement with our key stakeholders including the public, patients, and staff to support the delivery of the Health Board’s strategic change programme.

You will support the development of the interface between the Health Board, patients, and members of the public.

You will develop and facilitate communications between the Health Board, other agencies, and members of the public in the Health Board area
