As a Workday consultant, you will be making a real difference as we blend both deep domain and technical expertise within the team. Implement improvements and provide feedback using change management methodologies, processes, systems and protocols to provide run and change services.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our team As a Software Tester at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysing users' stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Provide timely solutions
- Provide support and documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive test plans and test cases that align with project requirements.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify and report defects, ensuring that software meets quality standards.
- Document defects, track issues through their resolution, and verify fixes.
- Document defects, issues, and anomalies in a clear and concise manner and communicate these to the development team.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and validate user experience.
- Participate in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Work closely with the development team to maintain and improve software quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate in performance testing activities to ensure the software can handle expected loads and meet performance criteria.
- Provide project stakeholders with clear and detailed test reports, including status updates and defect metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of test results, test cases, and test data for future reference.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the overall quality of our software.
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Experience as a Software Tester or data analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- HHS EPLC experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
