Our management consultancy is looking for a BA to work on global regulatory project across US, UK and EMEA to build a platform that will ultimately improve workflows and processes within the supply chain. This will be a large and high-profile programme whichwill be rolled out globally. This position is accountable for creating a partnership with the business to develop and translate business strategies into IT requirements and services. Partners with other IT technical teams to translate strategic objectivesfor the business into business requirements and planning.
What you will be doing
- The BA will need to develop a matrix of regulatory requirements for the organisation, so strong requirements gathering, analysing of those requirements, looking at regulatory processes and procedures across US, UK and EMEA to then create a product set tobe developed into a system / platform to improve workflows
- To capture / define regulatory scope and operational requirements for each country
- Around 150 documents in scope to be assessed / analysed and will need to run workshops, interviewing stakeholders etc
- Comply with all IT governance, standards and policies
- Knowledge of and experience with all major chemical compliance and regulatory affairs standards.
- Translate business needs/strategies into IT requirements and sources IT services to meet requirements (current and future).
- Primary liaison and point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas.
- Coordinate business & functional requirements gathering from business owners and SME's.
- Issue and conflict management/negotiation for best solutions.
- Liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
- Problem definition and analysis.
- Business case development
- Determine solution gaps and shortcomings.
- Review and assess the deployed solution
- Drive and challenge business units regarding their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

What you will need
- Experience working on global programmes with stakeholders across EMEA and US- Good knowledge of compliance & regulatory affairs in the chemical industry / distribution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Use "root cause analysis" process to identify, document and solve technical problems.
- Recognize and communicate potential areas for internal process improvement solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of current IT technology including development tools, languages and technical platforms used in development of business systems.
- Effective communication, with well-developed interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and discretion.
- Professional presentation skills with ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings.

What you will get in return
You will be working fully remote for our management consultancy for an end client based in West Yorkshire. The role will be paying £500.00 per day Outside IR35 via your Limited Company.
