Pod Talent are exclusively working with a leading Global FMCG Business in Gloucestershire on an exciting new role, we are currently recruiting for a TPM Manager to come on board. In this role you would essentially be responsible for the successful rolloutof TPM across the Manufacturing site (400 FTE), you would report directly into the Plant Director but you would also sit within the EU function and work with the other TPM Managers across their other EU Sites.

The site is currently in the early stages of their TPM journey so they are looking for someone experienced who can help them to implement a Continuous Improvement mindset across site functions which will in turn assist them in achieving their mid-long termtargets. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Develop the TPM roadmap, organising and facilitating steering meetings and audits
- Develop and improve existing data processes to facilitate the site TPM programme and its impact on business KPIs
- Management and continuous development of TPM Pillar leads using tools such as PDR's, development plans, success planning and training
- Participate in budget construction and management of improvement budget
- Report progress and savings against agreed goals and targets
- Support benchmarking activities with other sites

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in a Manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG
- You will have worked in a TPM/CI focused role for a number of years, deploying TPM across a site
- LEAN Six Sigma Qualification or equivalent preferred
- Strong Project Management experience
- GEMBA focused, enjoys being out on the shop floor influencing people and behaviours
- Analytically minded and Data Driven
