Warehouse Assistant

We are acting as a Recruitment Business advertising this role on behalf of our client who require a Warehouse Operative for their busy warehouse in Monmouth.

**Purpose**

The job will involve a variety of warehouse duties. Our client is expanding quickly, and your services will be utilised where they have the greatest need within the business. You will be expected to work in an efficient, safe, and correct manner and to meet performance standards as agreed with the Manager.

**Activities**
- To ensure the company’s safety procedures and rules are followed at all times.
- Focused on achieving the highest standards of individual and team performance.
- Carry out tasks to enable the business to meet its performance commitments regarding acknowledged delivery dates to our customers.
- Work to the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
- To ensure the company’s standards are followed and met.
- To meet any KPI’s set by the business.
- To attend to other duties, from time to time, as reasonably requested by your manager.

All employees must conduct themselves in accordance with the company’s requirements.
