Experienced Full or Part time Lettings Negotiator required for established multi office property agent based in Bridgwater and with an excellent reputation for being a great employer and taking care of its staff. Salary depending on level of experience butup to £25,000.

Duties will include:

- Dealing with client enquiries
- Generating, booking and carrying out viewings on the properties
- Tenant referencing
- Preparing and issuing documentation
- Carrying out all duties in compliance with relevant legislation

The salary range will be £21,000 to £25,000 and salary will be dependent on previous experience. Salary will be pro-rata if part time hours are agreed. This is an exciting opportunity within a well known brand in a busy office so please get in touch if youwould like to chat it through with us.
