**What you'll be doing...**

As the leader of woman&home online, you’ll be tasked with building audiences and growing commercial and eCommerce revenues. You are ultimately responsible for all content produced by your brand. You will motivate your team to excellence and ensure quality is at the heart of all endeavours. Key responsibilities will include:

- Content planning
- Quality control
- Freelance budget management
- Data analysis
- Audience development across channels
- Delivery of audience targets
- Delivery of eCommerce revenues
- Homepage curation
- People management
- Commercial

- You are an expert at producing brilliant content with meticulous journalistic expertise.
- You have a deep knowledge of the women’s lifestyle market
- You understand the platforms you are on, along with the wider media environment
- You are obsessed with data, performance and analytics - and you use this to inform your decisions.
- You are a great leader who knows how to motivate a busy team and is obsessed with quality
- You understand the commercial perspective, and are capable of making tough decisions that are right for the business
