We are seeking a Trainee Blown Film Machine Operator who will be trained on a range of Blown film extrusion lines and inline flexographic printing machine.

We produce a wide range of polythene films and bags for the industrial, packaging, retail, food, and medical sectors.

The job entails close attention to detail & moderate lifting.

This position is for the regular Day shift (7 am to 7 pm) Monday to Friday. You are required to work 60hrs per week.
This person will be trained to operate, adjust, and maintain extruders and in-line printing equipment.

**Duties**:

- Reading job specification sheets and obtaining all applicable tools and materials.
- Setting up machines to run jobs.
- Carrying out machine adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring target output is achieved with excellent quality and compliance to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Identifying and promptly reporting any equipment malfunction, material, safety, and or quality issues.
- Working closely with other members of the team to assure a cooperative and friendly atmosphere with regard to the daily activities of production.
- Completing forms and quality measurements per production run.
- Performing special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.

**Education and or Related Experience**:
No qualification is necessary but experience in a polythene film/bag manufacturing environment is preferred.
