**Cleaner Job Description**

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Duties include, but are not limited to: apartment cleaning, common area cleaning, lobby cleaning, office cleaning and other areas cleaning.
