As Flight Operations Coordinator your role is to act as a primary point of contact and provide operational support between APEM and our aircraft providers to ensure that our Flight Operations run smoothly.
You will provide daily support to our team of aerial survey technicians and will aim to ensure our aerial surveys are successfully completed within their target delivery dates. You will be dispatching plans for aerial surveys, allocating these plans to our camera technicians and sending out daily updates on progress.

Organisation plays a key part to this role. Working to a roster pattern for weekdays, weekends (you would usually be expected to work one or two weekends per month), with early start times alongside some out of hours work in the evening is necessary.

Please note, this is an office-based position based in our Chester office.

You'll be highly organised being able to effectively manage multiple priorities. You'll be a competent user of technology and systems and enjoy using data and intelligence to make practical decisions. By nature you will be someone that is always looking for a more efficient or improved way of doing a task; especially when it feels like a manual process.
