This is a full time position and will be based at Mertrux Derby - the position reports to the Aftersales Manager.

Mertrux is the leading Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial Vehicle Dealer in the East Midlands. With dealerships in Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Mansfield we are committed to keeping businesses moving. Mertrux is the longest serving established Mercedes-Benz dealership in the country, and one of the top performers.

Reporting to the After Sales Manager, your main duties will include, collection & delivery of vehicles from customer’s premises, organising the yard of customer vehicles (van/truck/bus) and to ensure the correct vehicles are available for the Technicians to work on at the right time.

We are looking for a fully qualified driver who has had previous experience of working in a Commercial Vehicle or transport environment. You need to be honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and be able to drive vehicles upto a HGV Class 1.

Hours;
07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday | 07:00 - 14:30 Friday. Flexibility is required on the start time.

Skills;
- HGV C+E (Class 1) is Essential
- Previous HGV Driving Experiance is Essential

We Can Offer You an Hourly Rate of £11.72 Based on a 39 Hour Week Allowance Plus Overtime* With Pension and Life Assurance.
