**Job Summary**

As our Content Writer and Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, collaborating closely with the Sales, People & Talent department on a diverse range of projects and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include content development, writing, and social media management.

**Requirements**:

- Ensure timely delivery of writing projects while adhering to content requirements, style guides, and project specifications.
- Conduct thorough research and interviews to gather insights for content.
- Identify content gaps and propose fresh, engaging topics to explore and engage audience.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain a consistent voice, impeccable grammar, and a polished style.
- Translate ideas into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain messaging consistency and align with branding guidelines.
- Create captivating content that drives engagement, including suggestions for visually appealing photography.
- Craft compelling content for various purposes and platforms (Webpage, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), including internal communications, social media, blogs, video scripts, infographics, and more.
- Contribute to the development of IT Labs' communications calendar and strategy, covering various channels like social media, intranet, web, and print.
- Follow content calendars and provide input for effective campaign strategies.
- Manage and curate social media content while actively engaging with our followers.
- Monitor user engagement and provide recommendations for content optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies.
- Take ownership to promote internal events through content on social media and website.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated 4+ years of experience in writing and social media marketing in the tech industry or IT outsourcing company.
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B, online marketing and major marketing channels.
- Proficiency in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools.
- Native English Proficiency.
- Adequate knowledge of web content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Takig active participation in promotion of events.
- Working with AI tools on drafting ideas and preparing content is a plus
- Positive and go-to attitude, customer-centric approach and organizational abilities.
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be ready to constantly learn and improve yourself.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
