- Thurs 2pm - 11pm and Fri 2pm - 8pm.

**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

Due to company growth and expansion, we are looking for someone to join our team as a shot blaster within our new state of the art facility. Here at Anaconda, you will be offered a world of opportunities. As a shot blaster, you will report to the Operations Manager, working to tight deadlines in order to continuously meet customer demands for the Anaconda range of products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shot blast metal components in preparation for painting.
- Take ownership and organise all day-to-day activities in the blast shed.
- Operating all equipment for the role in a safe manner.
- Meeting set targets in an efficient manner.
- Continuous housekeeping always ensuring working environment is clean and safe.
- Ensure blaster is performing correctly carrying out checks on materials.
- Working as a team to help bring about change and service improvement.
- Comply with all health and safety standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to tight production deadlines.
- Can do attitude.
