We are looking to recruit an IT Assistant to join our busy Head Office in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside near Castle Combe.
The main duties and responsibilities of the IT Assistant role are:
- Prioritising and assisting with IT Help Desk calls
- Setting up company mobile devices
- Setting up of company Laptops
- IT management of starters and leavers
- Maintaining records across mobile phone providers
- Assisting with construction site IT set ups
- 4G/VDSL router allocation, setup and management
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- 4G connectivity management (Asavie)
- Creation of electronic forms
- Building of SharePoint sites
- Permission management of SharePoint sites
- Assisting admin staff with troubleshooting and installation of company printers/entry systems
- To support with IT processes and procedures
What is needed?
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Exposure to or experience in managing Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions
- Moderate level of understanding of software and networks
- Great team player
- Must respect confidentiality and password management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with record keeping
- Highly organised and ability to hit deadlines
- Technically minded
- The ability to teach IT systems in a calm and patient manner
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Must hold a full UK Driving License and have access to own vehicle as it will be necessary to travel to various sites
- Must have full eligibility to work in the UK
