Cleanroom Supervisor

To perform a range of organisational, supervisory and manufacturing functions within the pharmacy aseptic unit in order to provide an efficient and quality service.

Assist with the day to day to supervision and co-ordination of aseptic manufacture and dispensing activities, highlighting any issues to the senior pharmacy technician team

Planning and prioritisation of own workload in order to direct junior and trainee team members to maintain consistent workflow.

Aseptic manufacture of medicines using aseptic technique in pharmaceutical isolators following validated methods and standard operating procedures.

Provide pre-process checks on assembled trays upon completion of accreditation

Provide in-process checks accuracy checks upon completion of accreditation

Provide clean room supervision during the manufacturing of medicines

To assist the Senior Pharmacy Technicians - Education and Training in training staff members in broth transfer validations, transfer processes, assembly, dispensing and manufacture of aseptic products.

Identify training needs of team members and feed back to the Senior Pharmacy Technicians - Education and Training.

To carry out environmental monitoring for isolators and clean rooms, reporting any deviations from procedures or parameters

To maintain own operator validations as per Standard Operating Procedures
