**Main duties and responsibilities**:
As a transport planner at Kronospan, your main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Liaise with sales to ensure delivery schedules are achieved and customer satisfaction maintained
- Schedule multi-drop routes using Paragon routing and scheduling system
- Ensure multi-drop orders are schedules for an on-time delivery to our customers
- Ensure each load in the list has a haulier assigned to it
- Ensure all loads are sent by Transporeon
- Manage the flow of recycled material collections into the business
- Ensure all collections are made and returns are processed correctly
- Maximise daily outbound loads

**Requirements**:
In order to be suitable for this position you must have the following:

- Experience working in a fast paced office environment
- An understanding/knowledge of transport scheduling software
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ideally degree qualified
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work accurately under pressure.
