Ecommerce European Merchandising

COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The eCommerce European Merchandising position will be part of the Global eCommerce Operations team and he/she will work closing with the European eCommerce Team to help with the day-to-day operations and the deployment of the regional strategy.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interface with EU ecommerce Team to understand the regional strategy and share any best practice used in other regions.
- Collect and document regional platform requirements and foresee their deployment.
- Collaborate with EU ecommerce Team to ensure assortment, promotional activity and customer communications lead to desired business results.
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of product data management in collaboration with EU product marketing team and eCommerce PMO (content creation, imaging, taxonomy management).
- Support EU ecommerce team with marketing strategy deployment (loading of creative, implementation of SEO and SEM recommendations, etc.).
- Assist EU ecommerce team with Dealers back office and integration needs (DMS and other third-party systems).

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of eCommerce Merchandising
- Have an understanding of and passion for the digital retail landscape
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Multi-tasking, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate at different levels of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Languages: English mandatory, Italian or another EU language preferred.
