Qshe Coordinator

An excellent opportunity to join the Kuehne+Nagel team in Yeovil.
- ** Your Role **:The purpose of this role is to maintain the relevant accreditations & systems for Quality Assurance / Environmental Management / H&S Coordination / ISO9001 / MPAS / any other relevant KN Procedures & Processes on the customer contract. Full UK driving license with the ability to frequently travel.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and carry out Internal Audits or assurance activities, raising associated CAR’s with their corrective and preventative actions, follow through for validation and produce monitoring reports.
- Record Customer Complaints, as applicable, raising associated corrective / preventative actions and validate with monitoring reports.
- Monitor and record suppliers performance, as applicable. Also Quarantine / Rejection Reports, as applicable, monitor and report on the Quarantine Areas and processes being operated.
- Support internal quality performance with emphasis on Continual Improvement and problem identification / resolution.
- Monitor and control site Quality Documents including maintaining temp. / humidity data where appropriate.
- Assist in the calibrated instruments programme including holding of certificates and arranging re-calibration. Also assist with the control and issue of all company inspection stamps as required.
- Participate and liaise with customer / etc. site audits and inspections
- Assist Compliance Manager to update Site Quality Procedures, Quality Plans, Process maps and Working Instructions while maintaining agreed scheduled actions. Such actions can arise from internal reviews or from external reviews / assessments.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Demonstrable experience in an active safety role
- Auditor skills or experience
- Quality management of a warehouse or production environment
- Understanding of management systems
- Carry out H & S risk assessments & investigations
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to maintain focus and determine requirements to support the site activities.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to attending work on time
- Good Communication skills - written and verbal
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Flexibility to task and hours
