Maintenance Person

Thorpe Management Co Ltd, located in Rainworth, Nottinghamshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Maintenance Person to join our maintenance team, working across several mobile home parks. Duties will include general upkeep and maintenance around the parks. You will also be expected to read electric meters, water meters, and distribute utility bills out to park residents. Basic electrical, plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating skills are required for this role. It is essential that you have a full, valid UK driving licence. A good level of health and fitness is also required. Working hours would be 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday. This is a permanent position.
