Pentagon Housing Group are looking for a confident and experienced painter/decorator to join our friendly team in Bradford in a permanent position.
The role involves carrying out painting/decorating services in our properties. You will work closely with the repairs team to resolve issues within the houses and apartments in a timely manner. Liaising with the office team daily to ensure that all jobs have been completed and logged on our in-house system along with submission of photographic evidence of all completed jobs
As part of the maintenance team your duties will sometimes be varied (depending on painting/decorating workload) and could sometimes include anything from gardening, basic plumbing, basic joinery and general maintenance in a range of supported accommodation.
Key skills:
Previous experience in a similar role
Building maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and plumbing
Competent in carrying out lone working and in a team. Comfortable working with vulnerable people and families.
Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good organisational skills.
Work well as part of a team and alone.
Must have a driving licence and own transport (required) - expenses paid
Immediate start
**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
Schedule:
