**CSM Customer Success Manager**

An expanding startup needs a Customer Success Manager as this technology company continues to grow, this is a brand new position.

To be considered for this, you'll have at least a couple of year of experience in developing customer accounts within a technology company.

Any previous in setting up new procedures/processes would be useful. As the company continues to expand, you'll recruit and lead the CSM team.

Initially, you'll be involved in increasing the client base. This involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements and assist in maximising value.

The CSM handles support, software renewals, and upselling. Technical support and sales departments will collaborate with this function. The job also involves improving the customer experience via product and process innovations, marketing, and new initiatives.

Commercial acumen, people skills, and technology engineering or materials science background are needed.

**Priorities**

Manage a portfolio of allocated clients, including new and current accounts
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Be the principal contact for allocated consumers and respond to inquiries quickly.
- Understand assigned clients' requirements and objectives and work with them to provide personalised solutions that help them succeed.
- Manage the software renewal process.
- Assist assigned clients in getting the most out of the company's goods and services.
- Proactively seek methods to improve customer experience and give feedback to the firm on product or service enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client demands and provide a good experience.
