**About the role and our team**
We are seeking a driven and caring individual to join our team as a Hospital Youth Co-Ordinator.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the patient and service user experience for young people within Manx Care who are in receipt of ongoing medical treatment; ensuring all patients and service users have equal opportunities and timely access to services.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be open to change when problem solving. Being a team player is essential for this post along with having a strong ability to influence.
The Hospital Youth Co-Ordinator will be an integral part of supporting young people as they transition from receiving paediatric care into adult services and on into adulthood outside of a health and care setting.
Working within the Medicine, Urgent and Emergency Care, Ambulance Services and MEDS Care Group, the Hospital Youth Co-Ordinator will participate as a professional member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the overall care and experience of young people within Manx Care.

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where Manx Care will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
