As a Relief Cook, you'll be the backbone of our culinary operations, whipping up mouth-watering meals and ensuring residents in our Care homes and Extra Care schemes are treated to nutritious delights. Your culinary creations will be the highlight of their day

Based in the vibrant authority of Bath and North East Somerset, your gastronomic journey will take you across various sites within BANES. Experience awaits as you bring your catering knowledge to different corners of our community

This isn't just a job; it's a commitment to making a difference. Embrace a permanent flexible position with 30 hours per week, working on a four-week agreed rota. That includes weekends and bank holidays because great food and care don't take a day off

The role will be based at Combe Lea, Midsomer Norton, however you will be expected to work across all our other sites across BANES depending upon the needs of the different catering teams.

**Essentials and desirables**:

- Food Handling & Hygiene certificate
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in catering environments
- A clean full driving license
- Willingness to support a wide range of services and partners
- Knowledge about dietary needs for older adults (desirable, but not essential)
