At Marvins Magic, We are searching for independently driven, highly motivated, and confident individuals and performers to join our incredible sales team's in London stores including Harrods, Hamleys, and Selfridges. We are looking for new team members to take on full-time and part-time work with the best selling products within Marvin's Magic.

This role will include performing demonstrations to hundreds of customers a day, creating a personalized experience for all customers, and earning lots of commission for yourself along the way

Working with us will greatly develop your skills in sales, performance, and showmanship, as our aim is to bring out the best in YOU

We work on a fixed daily rate of:
£56.17 for those aged 18 - 20

£76.35 for those ages 21 - 22

£78.15 for those aged 23 and above

on top of our commission structures starting from

1% for daily sales of £600+

2.5% for daily sales of £800+

5% for daily sales of £1600+

Commission and Targets may change monthly but we always expect for any team member to be able to achieve the 2.5% commission targets on average and over 5% for those who like to push and challenge themselves with no cap to the amount you can earn.
