Would you like to join a family business, who have a history of creating incredible careers in mortgage brokering? great, we are looking after a small business with ambitious plans spearheaded by our lovely friend Gurdip, who has 30+ years of financial experience, twelve of which are in the local mortgage and protection market. They aim to reduce the sting in mortgages and remove the overwhelm by accessing a larger share of accessible products instead of lender by lender.

As an independent broker, they give better access to products not commonly seen on the high street, including first-time buyers, landlords, re-financing, and a host of other products and insurances.

Due to expansion, we are looking to find a general administrator/ receptionist to work with them in our brand new office location on Hermitage Road in Hitchin; we have family-friendly and flexible hours to suit an individual, and we will offer full training and brilliant career opportunities for the right person.
- Greet clients and welcome them to the office
- Set up and arrange virtual meetings, if needed, between clients and Gurdip
- Look after office sundries, drinks, and hospitality while guests are present
- Take copies of ID, proof of address, etc.
- Answer phones and assist in booking appointments
- Attend networking events on Gurdip's behalf from time to time
- Manage social media posts and content creation
- Run the office daily, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment.

Working hours can be changed to suit but roughly 9:30-2:30 pm with 30 mins for lunch, occasional Saturday mornings would be required and to be agreed in advance, employee benefits package to include 24-hour virtual GP, high street discounts, workouts on demand, and counseling therapies.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
