Glenfield Invicta’s end to end Project Solutions provide market leading valve and penstock engineering excellence across a multitude of water and non-water infrastructure projects.

Based at our site in Maidstone, we are looking for a solution and sales oriented Internal Sales Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual who can display desire, drive and determination to provide an exceptional service to our valued customers and partners.

You should be a highly motivated and pro-active sales professional who is able to take responsibility while maintaining a collaborative approach within a busy, operationally focused team.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor who shows initiative with a natural care for our customers and to administer all aspects of Sales Order processing, including; preparation of quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Communicating with customers to clarify requirements
- Assist customer queries and process sales orders
- Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Advising pricing, quotations, lead times and delivery dates
- Liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure quotations meet our customer’s requirements
- Ensure the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise
- Sales order processing and the raising of purchase orders
- Manage the customer data base ensuring it is up to date and accurate
