**Hours**:Full-time 37.5 hours per week. Part-time also available (22.5 hours to 30 hours per week) on a rota over 7 days between hours of 8am to 11pm
**Pay**:£21,450 per year full-time equivalent (Part-time will be pro-rata). Overtime sleep shifts available.

**We are CCP**, an independent charity of around 250 staff and 100 volunteers across multiple counties and our purpose is to prevent the causes and reduce the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion.
We operate Independent Living Services where we house and support 16-17 year olds in Local Authority Care across

We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide high quality accommodation and combine this with person-centered individualised support. Our overarching goal is to increase people’s independence skills, so they are more equipped to progress their own ambitions.
We are looking for a **Support Worker **who shares our purpose, to join our expanding **Accommodation based services** team.
If you want variety, we can assure you that no two days will be the same.
- You'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals living across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, helping to promote a greater level of independence.
- You’ll do this in a trauma-informed way (you will be thoroughly trained) and by building strong relationships with the individuals you support.
- You'll need to promote the rights and interests of the young people.
- You'll need to protect them from danger, harm, or abuse.
- You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the shift and will advise, support, and exchange information with other staff team members. Escalating to managers when needed.
- It can be challenging, however the rewards are amazing to see how your, advice, knowledge and guidance has such a positive impact on their life.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient, professional, with a calm and caring approach.
