Handyman/woman

We have an exciting opportunity for a Handyman/Woman to join our growing team, in order to make sure everything works as it should and deliver an exceptional experience.

The Holbrook Manor Hotel & Spa is a beautiful Georgian Country House located in the Heart of Somerset, surrounded by 20 acres of grounds.

**The Role**:

- Working to a high standard with strong attention to detail
- Creative Problem solver
- Passionate about creating an extraordinary service
- Experience as a landscaper or handyman
- Conduct general grounds maintenance duties
- Hands on Flair for maintaining the Georgian Manor, health club and surrounding grounds.
- Organisation and time management skills
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the maintenance team
- Ability to work as an individual in a fast paced environment

**Handyman Requirements**:

- Able to work to the companies high standards on Health & safety for you, the team and the guests
- Able to provide advice on improvements
- Support all installations and projects on the building
- Provide reactive and preventative maintenance on all areas of the grounds, public spaces, guest rooms and property
- Driving licence is required due to our remote location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
