**Senior Tent Rigger / Event Crew Chief**

An amazing, unique role has been created by Boutique Event Hire. We are looking forward to a record-breaking 2023, and our diary is quickly filling up with festivals, parties, weddings and all kinds of other fantastic events. We hire or sell almost any equipment required by the event organisers, as well as providing bespoke support and services before, during and after.

The Senior Tent Rigger has primary responsibility for the perfect setup of all structures and other hire items at our clients' sites. They will ensure structures are erected in a safe and efficient manner, and organise the setup of any equipment or provision of services that the client has ordered.

The Senior Tent Rigger is also an Event Crew Chief - they will lead a team of Event Site Crew, Drivers and some specialist external contractors to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

The Senior Tent Rigger will report to the Operations Manager, and will work closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to achieve the company goals in customer service, safety, and financial performance.

This is a hands-on role in a small and growing business. The successful applicant will be a problem-solver with an extremely positive and proactive mindset. They will have a can-do attitude, will relish a challenge and be ready to constantly learn new skills.

The Senior Tent Rigger will be paid a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.

Crucial skills and experience:

- Full clean UK Driving Licence
- Very experienced and knowledgeable in outdoor events
- Very skilled in the setup of stretch tents, and detailed knowledge of other temporary outdoor structures.
- Aptitude with basic computer systems and technology

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
