**Role Overview**:
As a Children's Residential Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children aged 10 to 18 with diverse needs, including autism and non-verbal communication. Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll provide overnight support and assistance, helping to create a secure and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with daytime staff to facilitate smooth transitions and handovers
- Assist children with bedtime routines and ensure they are settled for the night
- Respond promptly to any nighttime needs or emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in communal areas
- Maintain accurate records of care plans and incidents
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in your care
- Prepare for morning handovers and provide updates as needed

Our selection process involves two interviews to assess your suitability for the role and ensure alignment with our client's values and objectives. If successful, you'll have the opportunity to meet with the Head of Care for a final interview before joining our client's dedicated team.

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
