**About us**
Our school is a Community Primary School with a Nursery attached. We have a strong and supportive Board of Governors, which includes representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, parents, the local community and staff. We set very high standards across the school and offer a broad range of experiences and opportunities for our pupils.

Our school is fortunate to be located in a lovely rural setting, surrounded by farm land, countryside and the coast. We serve the local village and MOD base at St Athan.

The whole school community work in partnership to provide a bright, welcoming and stimulating learning environment to inspire and support our curriculum.

We encourage an open door policy at St Athan Primary school and welcome parental involvements at all times. We value all our pupils and believe it is our responsibility to ensure their time in school is rewarding and fulfilling.

**About the Role**
Pay Details: Grade 6 Point 14
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 37 Hours / Term Time
Main Place of Work: St Athan Primary School
Description:
An enthusiastic and motivated individual is required to work as an Administrative Officer, at the above school. Applicants should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent plus sound experience and understanding.

**About you**

You will need:

- Applicants should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience of the SIMS package and knowledge of school finance system / packages is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle Fusion.
- Full DBS check: Enhanced Educational Workforce Council registration: It is a statutory requirement that applicants for this post are registered with EWC before they can begin working in our school.
