**About The Role**:
At OCS Group, we are are recruiting for Cleaning Operative, who will support and assist the responsible manager to maintain a safe and clean environment and to assure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained.

You will be working on a variable shift pattern, 06:00 to 20:00, on a permanent full-time basis; 37.5 hours per week.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use of waste compactors - General, cardboard, plastics.
- Sweep, damp mop and wipe down both lifts and wipe down all glass doors and panels
- Clean, mop and disinfect all toilet areas to include disabled and baby changing
- Wash or wipe where necessary all walls, pillars, and painted surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Empty and wipe down all internal bins, re-stock cleaning trolleys
- Mall flooring - to include dry mopping, spillages, litter, and debris clearing
- Use patrol monitor (diester) system to assist with accident and incident control and prevention
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement to the appropriate person
- Maintain polite and good communication with you colleagues, tenants and shoppers at all times
- Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required and at all times to follow through any managerial instructions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working and building partnerships with clients
- IOSH trained desirable
- Knowledge of COSHH
- IT literacy skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and the IFM teams
- Organised individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery
