**Apprenticeship Coordinator**.

HWGTA are a “not for profit”, Ofsted “Outstanding” training provider, specialising in Apprenticeship and adult workforce training.

We are pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity to appoint an opening role of **Apprenticeship Coordinator**.

The purpose of an Apprenticeship Coordinator:

- Ensure all ESFA (Education Skills Funding Agency) administrative funding requirements are met.
- Coordinate the Apprentice recruitment service for employers.
- Ensure that outstanding levels of Customer Service are shown to all Applicants, Apprentices, Employers and Colleagues
- Provide general administrative support to the Commerce team.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of correspondence and transactions.
- Attend and represent the Association at careers events and skills shows where required.

The successful applicant will ideally:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence with working with people of all ages.
- Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Recruitment coordination.
- Deliver effective administrative systems & customer service.
- Experience of ESFA funding claims

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £1.00 per year
