We are partnering with a leading Belfast law firm with a renowned market leading presence. Our client is seeking to recruit a legal secretary within their Corporate team. This is a growing team and the role would suit someone who has previous corporate support experience.

**The Role**
- Legal support role within a great client base
- Reporting to the Senior Partner
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Adhering to all manual and electronic filing systems
- Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
- Researching and summarising legal information
- Issuing correspondence
- Amending large documents
- Assisting relevant fee earners in the conduct of files as required

**The Person**
- **Legal Secretarial experience reporting to Senior Leadership**:

- Good typing / transcription skills
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Can take ownership of the role with mínimal supervision
- Essential - at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Essential - Must be currently working in a busy legal role or professional services environment
- Desirable - secretarial qualification
